Looking back and seeing what I have accomplished this past year only gets me that much more excited for the upcoming year. There is work to be done but just like last year - I see it, feel it & believe it, and with true faith it has come to life.

After dealing with a literal blow to the shin, Team CrossFit Industrious' Drew injured is leg on the practice run through of the obstacle course. With having to get 36 stitches in his shin, the team had to forgo the first workout of the CrossFit Games and take a zero. Since it had swimming in it, it was not an option for Drew to risk his leg with infection.
