When Chelsea and Jordan said they were interested in doing a sunrise session, I was jumping up and down. I had been waiting for one of my couples to be interested in one! It is hard to get up so early and get ready none the less, but SO worth it!

We met at Discovery Park, West Point Lighthouse. The sun highlighted over Mt. Rainier in the distance and as it rose in the sky, the light just got BETTER and BETTER!

When I started my photography business, I knew I wanted to photograph weddings, and I wanted to photograph couples like Chelsea and Jordan, and all of my other couples I have and will photograph in the future!

These two were off to adventure through lots of travel after this shoot and next year this time they will be married! Discovery Park and West Point Lighthouse were the perfect setting for their dreamy sunrise engagement session!

I am letting Chelsea take it away on telling you how they got engaged and what they love to do together in the pnw!

He proposed at the top of Sugarloaf Mountain at Deception Pass. We were actually planning on doing a different hike but got confused by the map and summited Sugarloaf instead. He also invited my parents to camp right next to us, so when we returned to the campsite they surprised me. It was perfect!

We love hiking and camping, hanging out with our cat, trying new restaurants and playing games with our families.
