rose ranch | dream chasers workshop | south bend | seattle wedding photographer

Following my experience at the Dream Chasers Seabrook one day workshop I also attended Emma Rose Company's Dream Chasers 3 day workshop in South Bend, WA. This 3 day experience with so many other amazing photographers was just what I needed to set up my goals for the future of my business.

I said this in my Seabrook workshop post, but attending a workshop is SO rewarding, as it lets you completely focus on your business & photography with no distractions. At workshops, you have the ability to talk through ideas, or issues you may have with others in the same industry. Sometimes all you need is to talk it out, and it's hard to do that with say.. your husband, or friend that has no idea how to talk it through with you because they are not in the same boat.

I still reference back to my notes I collected during this workshop from everything to identifying your priorities, finding your identity as a creative & photographer, education information on Instagram, Pinterest, SEO and pricing yourself accordingly.

Not only did we have a education packed day and a half from Emma, we got a Flowers 101 lesson from a local florist Rhodesia Flower and an epic styled shoot was put on by the girls of Bixby & Pine. Check all the goods out below!
